General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 SCOPE
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed at consumers and businesses in Germany and in the other countries of the European Union.

§ 2 CONTRACTING PARTY, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or when we dispatch the goods.

§ 3 PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are added. Within Germany, shipping costs range from €8.00 to €10.00 depending on weight (Economy) or €15.00 (Express); from an order value of €70 we deliver free of shipping charges within Germany. For deliveries to other EU countries a flat shipping rate of €13.99 applies. The shipping costs displayed during checkout are decisive. Details can be found under Shipping & Delivery.

§ 4 DELIVERY
Delivery is made within Germany and to the other countries of the European Union, including Latvia. Delivery time within Germany: as a rule 3–7 business days after receipt of payment; for deliveries to other EU countries transit times may differ.

§ 5 PAYMENT
Various payment methods are available in our shop. The payment methods displayed during the order process are decisive.

§ 6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details, including the model withdrawal form, can be found in our withdrawal policy and in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

§ 7 LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The statutory rights regarding liability for defects apply.

§ 8 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
