WORTEX KATANA winter safety boots S3. These comfortable and warm winter work boots have a composite toe cap and a Kevlar penetration-resistant midsole. The upper of the safety boots is made of durable full-grain leather (1.6–1.8 mm), and inside a warm, fleecy lining provides warmth. The high boots have an outsole with excellent grip (SRC). The reinforced toe and heel area increases the abrasion resistance of the boots. Reflective elements on the sides and at the back increase the wearer's visibility. Area of use: cold and slippery environments with a risk of penetration. Wortex KATANA winter safety boots comply with the professional safety footwear standard EN ISO 20345:2011. Product features: EN ISO 20345:2011. Toe cap – composite. Penetration protection – Kevlar. Upper – full-grain leather, thickness 1.6–1.8 mm. Lining – synthetic fur. Insole – synthetic fur. Outsole – two-layer PU/rubber. Fastening – lacing. SRC (SRA + SRB) – slip-resistant outsole, tested with sodium lauryl sulphate on a ceramic tile and on a glycerine-wetted metal floor.
