Wir gewähren ein 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht. Das bedeutet, dass du nach Erhalt deines Artikels 30 Tage Zeit hast, um eine Rückgabe anzufordern.
Um für eine Rückgabe berechtigt zu sein, muss sich der Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem du ihn erhalten hast, ungetragen, ungenutzt und mit Etiketten versehen sein und sich in der Originalverpackung befinden. Außerdem benötigst du den Beleg oder einen anderen Kaufnachweis.

Wenn deine Rückgabe akzeptiert wird, erhältst du von uns ein Rücksendeetikett sowie Anweisungen, wie und wohin du das Paket versenden sollst. Artikel, die an uns zurückgesendet werden, ohne dass zuvor eine Rückgabe angefordert wurde, werden nicht akzeptiert.

Schäden und Probleme
Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung bei Erhalt und kontaktiere uns sofort, wenn der Artikel defekt oder beschädigt ist oder wenn du einen falschen Artikel erhalten hast, damit wir das Problem auswerten und beheben können.
Ausnahmen / nicht für eine Rückgabe berechtigte Artikel
Bestimmte Artikel können nicht zurückgegeben werden, z. B. verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen oder Pflanzen), Sonderanfertigungen (z. B. Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) und persönliche Pflegeprodukte (z. B. Schönheitsprodukte). Wir akzeptieren auch keine Rückgaben von gefährlichen Materialien, entflammbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bitte setze dich mit uns in Verbindung, wenn du Fragen oder Bedenken zu einem speziellen Artikel hast.
Leider können wir keine Rückgaben von Angebotsartikeln oder Gutscheinen akzeptieren.
Umtausch
Die Rückgabe des erhaltenen Artikels ist der schnellste Weg, um den gewünschten Artikel zu erhalten. Wenn die Rückgabe akzeptiert wird, kannst du den neuen Artikel in einem separaten Kauf erwerben.
Europäische Union – 14-tägige Widerrufsfrist
Ungeachtet dessen hast du das Recht, deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu stornieren oder zurückzugeben, wenn die Ware in die Europäische Union versendet wird. Wie oben beschrieben, muss sich der Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem du ihn erhalten hast, ungetragen, ungenutzt und mit Etiketten versehen sein und sich in der Originalverpackung befinden. Außerdem benötigst du den Beleg oder einen anderen Kaufnachweis.
Rückerstattungen
Wir werden dich benachrichtigen, sobald wir deine Rückgabe erhalten und geprüft haben, und dir mitteilen, ob die Rückerstattung genehmigt wurde oder nicht. Im Falle einer Genehmigung erhältst du innerhalb von 10 Werktagen eine automatische Rückerstattung auf deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Bitte denke daran, dass es einige Zeit dauern kann, bis deine Bank oder dein Kreditkartenunternehmen die Erstattung bearbeitet und verbucht hat.

This Policy explains your statutory withdrawal rights, our return procedure, refund timing, return shipping rules, exchanges, and your rights in case of defective, damaged or incorrect products.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable German or European Union law.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to products purchased from our online shop, including but not limited to workwear, safety-related clothing, footwear, lighting products, accessories, spare parts, tools, technical goods and other products offered by us from time to time.
This Policy applies to both:
1. Consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural persons who place an order for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession; and
2. Business customers / entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, subject to the limitations set out below.
The statutory right of withdrawal described in Sections 2–8 applies only to consumers. Business customers do not have a statutory consumer withdrawal right unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making a clear statement, for example by e-mail or by letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of this Policy, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
A return of goods without a clear withdrawal statement may not be sufficient to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, we recommend that you always notify us by e-mail before sending goods back.
4. Return of goods after withdrawal
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

If we provide you with a specific return label or a different logistics return address, please use the return label or address provided by us.
Please include your order number, name and contact details with the return so that we can identify and process the return efficiently.
5. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods in the same way as would reasonably be permitted in a physical retail store in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
To avoid any deduction from your refund, the goods should be returned:
1. complete and with all accessories, manuals, labels, tags, product documents and packaging components;
2. unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and not damaged, in the case of clothing, footwear and textile products;
3. not installed, modified, cut, assembled beyond ordinary inspection, or otherwise used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;
4. in the original product packaging where reasonably possible; and
5. packed safely and securely for return transport.
For lighting products, glass components, electrical products and other fragile goods, please use suitable protective outer packaging. If damage occurs because the goods were inadequately packed for return shipment, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund, to the extent permitted by law.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically exclude your statutory withdrawal right. However, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Return shipping costs
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal.
We will bear the return shipping costs only where:
1. the goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered;
2. we have expressly agreed to bear the return shipping costs;
3. we provide a prepaid return label and state that the return is free of charge; or
4. mandatory law requires us to bear the return shipping costs.
For goods that cannot normally be returned by parcel post due to their size, weight, fragility or nature, you may be responsible for the direct return transport costs. Unless a lower amount applies, these costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 250,00 per return shipment.
Please do not send goods to us freight collect or cash-on-delivery unless we have expressly agreed to this in advance.
7. Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery costs paid at the time of purchase.
We are not required to refund any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any refund fee by us.
Depending on your bank, card provider or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
8. Partial returns, discounts and promotions
If you return only part of an order, we will refund the price of the returned goods, subject to any lawful deductions.
If your order benefited from a discount, voucher, free-shipping threshold, bundle price or promotional condition that depends on the retained order value, we may recalculate the refund in accordance with the terms of the relevant promotion as disclosed at the time of purchase.
Any recalculation will not affect your statutory withdrawal rights.
9. Exclusions from the statutory right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may cease to apply, in legally permitted cases, including in particular:
1. goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the customer, or goods that are clearly personalised;
2. customised, embroidered, printed, branded or logo-marked workwear or other personalised products;
3. sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
4. goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
5. goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
6. sealed audio, video or software products, if the seal has been removed after delivery, where applicable; and
7. other cases where mandatory law provides an exclusion from the right of withdrawal.
If a product is excluded from withdrawal because it is customised, personalised, sealed for hygiene reasons or otherwise legally excluded, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are delivered defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

3. photographs of the defective, damaged or incorrect goods and packaging, where relevant; and
4. whether you request repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected. In particular, consumers may have statutory warranty rights under German law, including rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract and/or damages, depending on the circumstances.
For defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we will bear the return shipping costs where required by law.
11. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges voluntarily, for example for a different size, colour or product variant, subject to stock availability.
An exchange is not a separate statutory right unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at info@bau4k.de with your order number.
For operational efficiency, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
Customised or personalised products cannot normally be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.
12. Business customers
Business customers / entrepreneurs do not have a statutory consumer withdrawal right.
Returns by business customers are accepted only if:
1. the goods are defective;
2. the goods were incorrectly delivered;
3. we have expressly agreed to the return in writing; or
4. mandatory law requires acceptance of the return.
For business customers, we may refuse returns of non-defective goods, opened goods, used goods, customised goods, special-order goods or goods ordered in bulk, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Refusal of return or refund deductions
We may refuse a return or make a lawful deduction from the refund where:
1. the goods are returned after the applicable deadline;
2. no valid withdrawal notice was given;
3. the goods are excluded from withdrawal under applicable law;
4. the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning;
5. the goods are damaged, incomplete, washed, soiled, modified, installed or missing accessories;
6. the goods are returned in a condition that results in diminished value; or
7. the return does not relate to an order placed with us.
Any deduction will be limited to the loss in value legally attributable to the customer’s handling of the goods.
14. Cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at info@bau4k.de.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it and refund the payment.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your statutory withdrawal right after receiving the goods, subject to this Policy.
Customised, personalised or special-order goods may not be cancellable once production, customisation or procurement has started, to the extent permitted by law.
